About Us
After graduating from Boston University, with a degree in business, Mr. Sullivan spent three years in the fixed income trading world for JP Morgan with his Series 7 and 63 Licenses. Mr. Sullivan entered the real estate property management industry shortly after September 11th, 2001.
Over the next 12 years Mr. Sullivan ascended from an assistant property manager at a 45 unit asset in Roxbury to becoming a senior manager of 6 properties totaling over 1200 units. During this time Mr. Sullivan realized a depressing reality about the industry. Simply put, there were not enough quality/professional/reasonably priced property service vendors. He decided to fix that and we are lucky he did.
Mr. Sullivan’s experiences, connections, and overall knowledge of building systems, maintenance, capital needs, management, and finance is the driving force behind the creation and success of Lahinch Property Services, LLC, a fully insured and licensed real estate services corporation.
